- Please be aware that due to the flight issues related to volcanic ash in the air, we are currently experiencing delays with ALL orders, but especially international orders. We ask that you please allow extra time for your deliveries - contact us if you would like to discuss any specifics of your order.
- We now ship worldwide to the following countries, including:
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
World Zones: United States, Brazil and New Zealand -
- In the UK, we offer a free P&P option on all orders. Orders under £39 will be sent by First Class Royal Mail post and you can expect delivery between 1-3 days. Orders over £39 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day), which is insured up to £500.
- We also offer the option to upgrade all UK orders to Recorded Signed For (tracking number) and Special Delivery for cost price.

- All orders placed before 4pm GMT will be dispatched same-day.

- Important - for all orders sent by First Class, if the parcel is lost or delayed, we need to wait 15 working days after the date that the parcel is due before we can resend the item.

- Returns & Replacements

- You are welcome to return any items back to us within 7 days, as long as the goods are still in their original wrappings and seals. Please contact us via the Contact Us page if you have any issues or queries about your purchases.

- Our ordering process is straightforward - you can either checkout as a guest or sign up for an account on our site, so your details will be remembered for future use. The checkout procedure is handled by Paypal servers with encryption for high security.

- When you arrive at the Paypal checkout screen, you will be given the option to sign up with Paypal (if you do not already have an account), but this is not necessary - you can just checkout as a guest if you wish.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments are processed by Paypal, which means we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and any other method of payment accepted by Paypal.
- Viewing Orders and Updating Account Information
- If you signed up for an account during a previous order, you are able to access your order information by logging in with your email address and password via the 'My Account' link at the top of the page.
